Service points

With the new tickets à la carte and OPUS card going on sale, specially identified service points are now open for transit clients, Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., as well as Saturday and Sunday, from 8 :30 a.m. to 4 :30 p.m.

If your card is malfunctioning, please go to one of the service points at Honoré-Beaugrand, Berri-UQAM, Jean-Talon and Lionel-Groulx stations. A new service point will also open in September at Côte-Vertu station.

Have you lost something ?

It usually takes about 48 hours for any object found in our installations to make its way to the Customer Service Centre.
